Our Pilot Aptitude Assessment assists individuals in deciding if becoming a pilot is the right career choice, or whether extra preparation may be required before starting pilot training. These tests are also used in flight schools to assist in selection processes required prior to commencing a VET accredited course.

The COMPASS suite of tests comprises 6 psychometric (aptitude) tests, a test of verbal reasoning, and a personality profile. All tests are now completed online, and you will need access to an iPad or Android tablet with the latest iOS / software updates installed.

Candidates receive a comprehensive report on strengths and areas for potential improvement.
